The ELEV8 Crew (Ages 11–15) is a space for dancers who want to perform, grow, and challenge themselves through creativity and teamwork. We believe in building confidence, discipline, and connection—helping every dancer rise to their next level.

Choose Your Level

Level 1 – Emerging Dancers
• Perfect for new dancers interested in performing and experiencing the competition world at their own pace.
• Focus on building strong technique, stage presence, and confidence.
• Perform at local events and smaller showcases while training toward Level 2 promotion.

Level 2 – Competition-Ready Dancers
• For dancers who’ve demonstrated strong skill, commitment, and stage readiness.
• Take on advanced choreography, team routines, and full competition experiences.
• Represent ELEV8 Crew at major performances and competitions with professionalism and pride.

What’s Included

• Weekly Practices: 1 - 2 hours each week (4-6 hours per month) dedicated to choreography, training, and teamwork.
• Custom Choreography: Original routines built around each level’s growth and goals.
• Performance Opportunities: Build confidence through shows, showcases, and competitions.
• Team Development: Participate in bonding sessions, workshops, and group activities that strengthen trust and connection.
• Mentorship & Support: Receive guidance to help you advance, not just as a dancer, but as a performer and leader.
